well said RJS!
hello commendatore335 please please please post as many pics as you can. the car is almost identical (from what I can see) to mine, arriving end of may i ordered 335i m sport e92, auto, sapphire black, pro nav, 19" 225m's, bluetooth, voice ("free"), coral red, front sensors, elec folding and dimming mirrors, heated seats, grey poplar can i ask if the interior trim is grey poplar, as if it is i hope it looks this dark,as other pics i have seen look very light. ordering the m sport, means that i could not high gloss black, grey poplar looked a good alternative. apparantly i have now found out that i could of got piano black via bmw individual - but at the cost of £500. BTW why is the pic of the car so high in one of the shots, as a member stated, does it get lowered by the dealer, i presume this reduces transit damage. does the auto gear stick get the M-logo? its a shame that the trim doesnt extend to the lever. Thanks!!! Last edited by dazzapb; 03-25-2007 at 04:13 AM.. Reason: mistake |

Le Mans Blue E92
Has anyone taken delivery of an E92 M Sport in Le Mans Blue?? If so, post the pics please!! I've got 4 weeks to go and still so unsure if I should have got Sparkling Graphite or Le Mans Blue but went with Le Mans Blue anyway!! Help!!! I've only seen this colour on E90/E91 and hoping it looks right on the coupe.
To the guy taking delivery of the black one with the red leather, what individual inserts did you get? |

dazzapb, i think the suspension is high on blocks for delivery. need to be removed. the m-sport suspension is lower than normal 335i i think.
I'm thinking of ordering Le Mans as well tin, want to see some pics first though. the col. looks though. there are some nice pics in the e90 Le Mans thread |

I too have an order in for Le Mans so was very interested to see it the flesh. Observations were:- -lovely deep lustre, looks rich and strong -frontal view suberb with the blue setting off the silver grill nicely - side view OK. The model I saw had black interior and IMO blue and black don't mix, cream/jade (or even better if available lemon) would provide the visual highlight required. - rear good, the effect of the grey/black undertray on the blue is fine. However the model I saw was a 320 with single oval exhaust that somehow looked underwhelming - definately go for the 225 rims, filled out the arches perfectly and gave it a more "solid" look. Note that hubs and disks still very visible so if the rust issue makes an appearance it will be noticeable. - overall impression was the Le Mans car made more of a visiual impact than the SG car, perhaps more to do with the fact that all the other cars in the showroom were silver or grey. Sorry - no photos! |

there's too many grayscale cars about these days. i was looking in the work car park the other day, almost all the cars were silver, grey, black etc... why did we evolve colour vision?
Le Mans could be the way forward. Last edited by rjs; 03-25-2007 at 09:28 AM.. |

No pics. Wow, I would love to see the E92 LeMans with 225s. If you can get back for pics, please do. I'm sure the car looked spectacular.
