he pmed me that he would get brand new cp-e exhaust at good price so i had to let ae exhaust deal go, about a month ago. since then, after numerous message and even posting up reply here, he doesn't answer my question about exhaust which makes me doubt his communication skills. he still on the forum daily and ignoring all my pms and questions.

he said he would sell me brand new cp-e exhaust and doesn't reply back since... no is as good as yes but ignoring pms on purpose and wasting other's time is not cool...

I bought from Navit, no hitches whatsoever and an awesome price. Maybe he can't get you the exhaust. So what if his communication on the issue sucks, but you didnt give him any money, and no one told you to hang on to false pretences about him getting you exhaust for cheaper. Thats your decision and a risk you take when buying from non-vendors. You want cheaper price? Sometimes you have to sacrifice reliability and service. But at least you didnt lose any money.

I have no doubt that he sells some product at great price. It just sucks on my end because he never keep me updated what's going on and never told me whether he can get a hold of exhaust or not. During the priod that time, I missed out couple of deals that I would've probably settle with if he told me he can't get me exhaust at the price he told me to. He's not a vendor so i understand if it's not for sale, it's not for sale, but at least he can pm me or reply to my pm (one of many) and let me know he can't get a hold of it so i can move on to it.

i guess i'm just little not too happy about it because i'm still looking for an exhaust and miss those deals that i missed out... oh well... carry on!

Yeah I know what you mean. With private sellers though, you practically can't afford to give them too much benefit of doubt. If someone doesnt respond to my pm and I see that they've logged in since, I just call it a wash. No reason to run down a dead end.

really? he's been on this forum for a while and always seemed like a legit guy to me. I dont know him or anything but what makes you say this....just curious.

This is the email that i got from a guy who concerns about this matter. he pm'ed me and told me he needs to talk to me about him and he's from e60 forum. i had no idea then, but it seems like he's not the only one who's bringing this issue. so...

if any of you guys who dealt with NAVIT in the past and have his contact information or physical address, please contact this guy in email or pm me for his phone number...
