Sounds good to me too, but the only problem is most places have a fit if more than ~4 people want to golf together. Granted we don't all have to do it together, but still.
As for the meet, I'll make another thread in a bit once we get all the details down so we can get a list of people going. So we'll meet up around 3:30-4 at Marketplace in the abandoned lot, chill at the parking lot for a bit, and then drive out to Victor Distillery for drinks. Anything else? Sound good? If we get upwards of 10-15 cars coming, I'll call marketplace and make sure they don't care. |

Copy of the letter I drafted.
More damage. Some of the wheels had no stickers. Others did. Some were half torn off. One, the sticker was lying at the bottom of the box. They look like a returned set that the original owner messed up. The rear with the bad gouge I noticed immediately after ripping a hole in the plastic. The others I more carefully inspected and found. I hand washed all the wheels with a neutral ph car shampoo, brand new wash mitt, and waffle micro fiber dedicated drying towel to uncover any other damages. Three of the four, possibly all four, i forget and am not home, have markings or damage. One is on the face of the wheel. Three, the damage is in the barrel but it's large enough and deep enough that it can easily be seen from through the face. I know this is not your fault and I do not blame you. I would just like a resolution of some sort. Thanks, -Kevin |

Sorry to see that, Kevin. I'd be bummed.
So I have to ask - if you could pick one, would you take: A) instant resolution to your frozen top B) instantly receive four brand new pristine wheels

UPDATE:
I ordered my wheels from Zoeb@WheelDude.com, he has been working with me tremendously to resolve this issue. The current standing is that all four wheels do in fact have some sort of damage to them ranging in severity. My car needs to be flat bedded to Towne BMW tomorrow to have it back before I leave. Hopefully this will work itself out. |
