What just because the aftermarket wheels are all the same? The physics in Forza 4 blow 3 out of the water. To me the game is a lot more challenging, the cars look stunning. Of course it's going to be an evolution of 3, but they did a fantastic job.

IMO it's nothing like FM3. Turn on simulated steering

The cars sound more like their real life counterparts this time around..
The E92 M3 screams more than it did in FM3.

Forza 4 is superior to FM3, but not by leaps and bounds as FM3 was already a great game. Pros - Car Affinity - no need to level up each individual car - Prize Car Selection - New physics (took me a while to get used to the steering) - Damage simulation is better - Graphics (think GT5 but all premium cars) - Sound is exponentially better Cons - Menu layout (not as straight forward to FM3) - Nearly the same cars as FM3 (with all DLC) but a few new additions. Yes it's hard to add every car in the world (GT5) and there have been very few new additions as of late, but I guess I expected more. Oh and no one wants to race/own every single Sub Compact car in the world...when was the last time you even saw one at the track? At least give me my 335i. - Cannot see stats/price of Prize cars when you get to select.

In almost total agreement!! I would love to see more NA tracks, but unfortunately some of them are just not quite glamorous enough to make it to a video game (I suppose...). The feeling of speed is amazing, 190 mph in a car that is not designed for that is NUTS!!

They did add Infineon (see pic below) which is all I need for a long time.
Another Pro to add is better AI....those suckers get aggressive at times! I had someone PIT me into a wall. Having the AI on professional + upgraded mods makes this game a real challenge.

I would say there are just enough NA tracks and too few European, where's Barhurst or Spa? Not having them was a letdown, but keeping fingers crossed for a DLC.
By far...I own both. Matter of fact, I have owned every GT and Forza2/3/4. This is by far the most complete racing game for either consol and will keep you occupied for years to come. I never though that Forza would over take GT, but it has. To me GT5 was a huge letdown, beautiful graphics and good physics, but lacking everywhere else. Now that Fanatec released the CCR steering wheel, it's lights out for GT5. Still no 335i (huge letdown) but I'm enjoying my AMG C63 tremendously! It sounds identical to the real thing and is a beast with racing tires.
