Missing boost target in lower rpms

Hey everyone. I'm running mhd V8 stage 1 for 93 octane and the car isn't hitting boost target in the low to mid rpm range since I fixed a boost leak and put in new vanos solenoids. Any suggestions of where to start looking for problems? Car has new index 12 injectors. New plugs and coils. Could it be a boost solenoid/vacuum problem or is it tune related?

So I put in the new boost solenoids and swapped out all of the vacuum lines and it seems like nothing has changed. It seems like the wastegate is still not operating properly. Below is a link to my log, any advice on what to look for next would be greatly appreciated!

Edit* Am I a ratard and reading this incorrectly?.. is the graph showing 100% duty cycle as in they are fully closed to spool up then taper off to around 50 as the rpms come up? Either way it looks like I am hitting my boost target in the higher RPMs and holding a bit better than my first post.

hi,

you should try to make a 3rd gear log, stabilize at 2500 rpm, then WOT till 6500 rpm to see exactly how are your spool/hitting target times
