Cunningham BMW San Diego

Had great experience with these guys. Called them up, stated my offer for 330i, Base Model with Titanium Silver. They called me back within 5 minutes accepting my offer. Went to the sales office, filled out paperwork and was done in 30 minutes. (had already test driven Automatic model at different dealer).

Was dealing with BMW of San Diego, they were slow and unresponsive and unwilling to deal. I was happy to give my business to Cunningham because the wanted it, even though I live really close to BMW of San Diego.

Different story this year, oh how things change. My e90 330i lease is up at the end of this year and I got a letter from them asking me to contact them about purchasing my next vehicle. I emailed them the specs and conditions (for an ED delivery) using numbers that I had already gotten from another dealer. I cited my desire to remain a Cunningham customer, even though there are other BMW dealerships/service centers much closer to my home. However the best they could do wasn't even close to the offer I already had, so obviously they weren't interested in keeping me as a customer.

Definitely a big negative rating this time around.

They are now part of Sunroad, so bye bye previous good times. RIP Rug Cunningham.

In my opinion: AVOID...

I bought my car from them in early August for a good price. The only thing I was a little disappointed in was that I had to call them to get any information, rather than them telling me when my car came in. But they stuck to the negotiated price and worked to ship the car from Oregon.

It might also be the fact that I could have totally lived w/o this car.

Bought my E90 from them in Oct 07 from Justin Lopez. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about the whole experience, from the front end, to the back end, to the service.
