He offered a very cheap rate, as I had to repair three rims. I paid roughly 75$ per rim repair which is considerably cheaper than most other shops that charge a standard rate of 100-125$.

I can post photos if anyone likes, but I don't think that's necessary because the finish was parallel to the factory finish.

Regards,

Sal
Please post the pics, I am sure everyone would like to see the before and after shots.

Thanks

Ah, dont have any before pics. I just dropped the rim on its face when I took them off in November. The lip was dinged up evenly around the circumference, as it rolled around axially on its face.

Still take a pic so we can see how it turned out, if you don't mind.

Union Rim offers those prices too for touch ups. I do it all the time. But they charge $120+ a wheel for a complete refinish.

TZE im guessing you paid that for a complete refinish, and not a touch up?

How much of a reputation does Perry have?

I learned the hard way many years ago about shitty quality wheel repair. I thought I was getting a great deal for 2 wheels that were fixed. They looked just as good as new. 6 mos later, the clear coat bubbled and cracked off, and of course the guy that fixed my wheel was no longer around.

Never again.

I am not saying Perry does work like this. Just be wary, thats all.
