Best Exhaust Combo with Catless Headers?

So after doing some research I've realized that with catless headers, many exhaust systems become really really raspy.

My question is for someone who has catless headers, what exhaust are you using and if you could post some sound videos. I'm looking for the least "Rice/rasp/civic" sounding exhaust.

from what i have heard, you definitely want a resonator or an X-pipe in there. from the videos ive heard, that seems to make the difference between the raspy cars and the decent sounding ones

Stock exhaust + Headers + secondary cat delete. Originally I was going to do a full cat back, but the sound it currently has is exactly what I wanted to begin with (quiet unless pushed). Im not changing it now.

Check the 2nd page of the MMW Headers-Teaser thread...

MMW headers + BMW PE (w/ secondaries intact)

It's not bad at all for normal driving under 3.5k but if you drive it aggressively I would suggest putting in a resonator.

add a res back into that combo and it should be good.

A stright through bullet muffler may help too. They barely reduce sound and barely impede airflow.

maybe a res + bullet muffler

I also have a PE w/ the MMW headers. I wanted a louder sounding PE, and that's what I got.

I picked them up a while ago, but that's all I run. Catless headers tied to a midpipe. The real straight pipe set-up. Its not for everyone, but coming from my straight piped Camaro. Theres a few vids posted on youtube of how it sounds.

I have supersprint and the PE combo. It is very loud and sounds great. The only thing is you have to drive under 5k rpm. Anything higher than that and you will get very high pitched exhaust sound
