I recall seeing a thread on here stating Terry was going to the track with his race gas map to try to beat shivs time. What ever happened to that thread? Did Terry not end up going? Did he go and not do well? Or was the story about Terry going to the track fabricated?

What's the deal?

I remember one of the aussie guys saying he hit 120mph on the track but then later on said he was joking.... Maybe Terry didnt goto the track on monday... I know the track on sunday was canceled due to rain and was moved to sometime in Dec...

So you trapped 120 with just dual cones, downpipes and a custom tune? No drag radials, race gas, upgraded intercooler?

Seems pretty fishy to me. To put down traps speeds like that you will need some serious hp and traction, so unless you are running some massive boost (which I doubt these turbos can handle) on a really sticky track, I think your story should be sold to Disney.

Post your timeslip, video or something to back it up and prove me wrong.

im hoping he didn't go. though i run v3 i'd like to see the guy do well. after all, we have the same name! haha then again, if he didn't do as desired, hopefully he will be able to improve on whatever caused disappointment. like how shiv was able to at the track with the HPFP safety feature.

Yup, Dec 6th, and all BMWs are welcome to join, along with all those Porsches. Hope we can get a good sampling of various tunes this time. Hoping Shiv can drive there too. Its really only about 239 miles from Danville. I may be making the almost 400 mile trip to Sacramento this month. I'm sure Terry would love to see what his car runs at Famoso.

is your vette N/A or on the bottle or boost? there are a couple 07vettes here that run but only hear of 110-113 then again they are probably stock.

haha. i figured. i was thinking about getting an 07 or 08 vette prior to the 335i and boosting it, but then i realized it would basically cut the entire bottom out of my wallet. also, i sorta wanted something no one where i live is too familiar with and have the sleeper edge since i dont have to worry since there really isn't any 12sec or quicker street cars driving around normally.
