Wow. Eisenhaus is shady huh? Guess this breaks a lot of "enthusiasts" hearts here. Ah well.

I feel ya though. I waited 4 MONTHS for German customs to give me my Iforged rims. I finally got it last week only after calling BaxGlobal Corporate HQ and making it "Hell on earth" for the guy holding my rims.

I have always been willing to help out E90post members no matter what it takes. I'm on here to help with any question you guys have. When products are late due to customs delay or Eisenmann in Germany shutting down during German holidays. There is nothing I can do. We also use BaxGlobal for many of our shipments and customs have been taking extremely long these days. I will do everything in my power to deliver "mig28" exhaust system to him.

Many of you know that Eisenhaus is not a "fly by night" company. I have worked here for years now. There is no "shady business" here. We are having problems getting shipments on time at the moment and that’s our fault. We will fix this problem with the next shipment of 200+ Eisenmann systems coming in.

Best Regards,
Ryan

5 months ryan!! 5 months!! and you cant even explain to one of your customers!!!

even one of your Boss ( John Kang ) attitude is worst! dont even know why eisenmann Gmbh can give you guys global distributor.. if you cant take too much preassure or order then please cut it a bit and give to other company who can help you guys. Dont be too greedy!

taking a whole globe by one company is impossible and yet your boss is acting like " Bill gates"

you guys better sent my exhaust to my country insted of usa..I have enough!!! been waiting 5 months already!!!

Yesterday (Monday, US time 12-1 noon) I called Lee from Eisenhauss.

He told me that the exhaust will be arrived this week. It seems that the exhaust was sent together with other 200-300 exhausts. Also the goods were sent to US by sea freight, not by air.

I hope I can get some compensation from this issues.

lets hope

Well, glad to hear things are finally being resolved.

I hope my exhaust is on that ship. I have been waiting some time as well, so I can understand your pain.

thanks ryan

for getting back to me, i have actually been talking to john for about a week now.. he is trying to take care of me and so far you and john have been good about this whole situation. i am also heavily involved with bmw groups in my area. when the dust settles on this whole experience i want to be happy.. in the future i will continue to drive these cars and i will continue to take them apart and add things to them, and i really really want to give this another go around. this spring i am going to be starting on an e-90 and when i do i am going to call you and we can work together on ordering. i can tell that you actually care and that says alot about you ryan.. so thank you.

Eisenhaus Experience

so in the end i never got my system after months and months and months of waiting. when you order something that is hand made in germany that is expected, so anyone that looks into ordering from them be prepared for the wait, there is nothing that they can do about it either. i ended up going with another company, not because of quality issues, but timely issues. with the weather turning bad where i live i needed to get my car in running condition while it was above freezing. i have an e-90 that i am going to start in on this spring of 2008 and you bet i will be calling eisenhaus again. and this time i will know not to expect anything until at least summer of 08. if you look around and see and listen to the products that they produce, the wait is well worth it. i ended up cancelling my order and had a few minor issues getting my money back, but thanks to johns help everything was taken care of and i was refunded minus a few paypal charges, but thats what i get for not just using a credit card. so thats my advice to anyone thinking about going this route, dont use paypal and talk to john or ryan about ordering, they are the best to deal with and they will try to work with you.

Exclamation newest update october 19-2007 around 1-3pm eastern time

talked to Mr John Kang ( one of the bosses ). Iam very surprised what Mr John Kang mentioned to me via the phone. He told me to delete or saying good things about eisenhaus or I dont get any compensiation at all!!! is this a big threat towards me?. Hahahaha

and He mentioned to me " why cant you be like others" like complaining to public forum.they are not like you saying negative things about eisenhaus...well Mr John Kang they are not at the same positions like me waiting for almost half a years..

again at the 1st page Ive said that waiting 2-3 months Max are fine for me. And again and again Mr John kang Eisenhaus told me last night at the phone " canceled or wait".

told him that waited almost 6 months and still can say " canceled or wait like others at the forum" .its not acceptable!

I asked him nicely. Mr John Kang Eisenhaus lets said if you were me and Iam you ( Mr John Kang eisenhaus ) what is ur reaction? he told me again and again " wait or canceled " thats not a solid answer!!!

its like throwing an eggs to the stone! get nothing!!!

we talked nicely at the phone but he is accusing me that I have used " asshole words" on this thread towards him/Eisenhaus and Ive told him that Ive never and ever used any vulgar words like " the F and Asshole words" on this forum.Feel free to search at this threads if there is a words from myself describing/reffering to Mr John Kang. Then Ill apologizes to him right away at this public forum. Well Actually Ive told him " sorry at the phone " but if there is no proof then Iam demanding his apologies at this forum from him. Lets be a gentlemen and professionals.

Main point is that Mr John kang still hold his position.

lam still waiting my compensation for almost 6 months..

Status auto design have contacted/talked to you too about the compensiation and he please dont make it difficults. I even told one of the Status auto design owner that Iam willing to come out some money. win and winner solutions. if like other customers, they wont paid any dollars for not their mistakes.

thnx
