Will this let you still pass emissions so that you don't have to uninstall?

Would love to hear some reviews on stage 2. My downpipe is just sitting in the closet. Would consider the front mount if the reviews back it up.

We clear the engine light on your dash and we do provide a cat with all down pipes, but we do not defeat anything relates to government emissions standards.

We looking at lots of upgrades (like the suspension stuff that's recently been released). Always open to ideas, so keep 'em coming!

You can see charts here:
https://static.cobbtuning.com/cobbtu...AccessPORT.pdf

On our dyno we saw up to +19%hp and +26%tq at the wheels.

I assume that the DP throws a CEL, so you said that you clear it, is this done via the Access Port?

Will there be a tune for a FMIC and DP? I only see it for either, not both, correct me if I'm wrong.

Thanks for the link... Looks like stage 1 aggressive and stage 2 aggressive are very similar +/- 1

However the stage 1+ with FMIC yields the most gains, any thoughts on adding the DP with FMIC for a stage 2 aggressive + map...

If so what would the estimated numbers be?

Will Stage 2+ be released soon ?
I already have downpipe and will be installing FMIC in the next few days.
My AP will hopefully arrive on Wednesday.

We're currently working on Stage2+ and the results are looking good so far.

No numbers just yet as we're finalizing the Stage2+ maps, but we'll have more info soon. Also, you're correct, the FMIC is the biggest bang for your buck (similar to the N54).

The light is turned off when the map is installed. The Stage2+ maps I mentioned above will cover more modifications.

How does the stage 2 with DPs and fmic compare to jb4 stage2 with w85.... Not starting a war, just would like to know and if I should wait until you have face maps out.

Glad to see the N55 finally coming into its own. Now, here's an idea Cobb folks: complete stage 2 package pricing. Bundle it all up together and sell it at a small discount. Approaching 400bhp for $2500 isn't too bad.

I have no doubt we'll offer a package price. I believe we want to get the Stage2+ maps ready to go first, but they're on the way.

Good news Josh. I'll be watching this thread with interest. Thinking about keeping the OEM Perf. Power Kit as my baseline tune and then adding the Cobb on top. I just need to determine if I really need/want more power out of my daily driver. I'll make that determination in the upcoming year once the M3 suspension conversion is carried out.

Once again, three cheers to Cobb for finally expanding the N55 tuning options.

What happens if you already have a custom tune? I assume the AP will overwrite it?

If that's the case, then what would removing the Cobb tune take it back down to? Stock or post custom tune?

Looks like Downpipes don't really do much for the N55. Wondering if they're worth it or should I just stick with FMIC?

Is anyone running stage 1+ fmic? If so how does it feel? Winter tires are coming off so might treat myself to a new front mount.
