Best car wash on LI - Touchless or Other
It's not for my car, but my parents and my brother. My parents are both 50 years old so they don't wash cars, and my brother just doesn't care that much. I want the cars clean, and need a place that doesn't use dirty drying towels or abrasive wash mitts....I wash my own car but to be honest I'm too lazy to wash their cars not to mention my own.
I need the best on Long Island.. |

new hyde park. There was a thread in here alittle while ago that had a whole bunch try searching for it.
Its on the corner of hillside and marcus avenue. http://www.yelp.com/biz/VXJCxTNstZBB7YRelPRHyQ Oh yeah and for the idiots that said it sucked in the link above, I really think thats B.S. Ive been there maybe 15 times and have never had a problem. Last edited by markis64; 08-16-2007 at 11:58 PM.. Reason: added more info |

I like 5 Corners...I tip them pretty good so they take care of me everytime i go there. Theey always use clean microfiber towels, and i like how they take their time.
Westbury car wash is also great, they spend alot of time on the car too but 5corners is just closer to my house Travis

I'm bumping up this thread because since I shut the outside water off, I'll need a place to get the car washed after a snow storm to get the salt and other crap off the car. Last winter, I managed to not wash the car from Nov to April because of the mild winter and the fact that I didn't have to drive the car in bad weather.
This year is different and I use my car every day. Anyone know of those automatic touchless drive throughs that just use water? I work right near the Westbury hand wash place but don't want anyone touching my paint with a dirty mitt.... Worse case scenario, I'll have to go to the Bubble Up do it yourself place on 110.....
