Anyone try these - CF wrap?

Thinking about wrapping the mirror covers and maybe the bottom(back) side of the rear lip spoiler. Anyone try these:

Latest post I found on the seller is a few years old - any recommendations? Thoughts?

thanks.

Garage List
3M makes a Dinoc CF with glossy finish - I would use that before the stuff you linked - 3M looks much more realistic

Thanks for the info but I didn't think 3M made theirs in glossy:

The other reason I looked at this is because they claim this is "THE WORLDS ONLY CARBON FIBER VINYL WITH WEAVES" - is this true??

They sure do - just as an example:

And from same site you used:

The DiNoc does have a 3D texture (i.e. not flat)

Thanks a bunch!! I am leaning more towards the 3M now, there seems to be a price diffrence between ebay ones and the non-ebay ones - are they the same?

I was just talking to ETS about a wet CF film. 3M has their new 1080 film which is a wet/gloss CF. I was thinking about wrapping my rook/mirrors in it.

It looks good - I didn't think it there was a difference between these and the ones linked to above. On 3Ms website they have different part numbers so they must be different. Are these better?

I have no experience with it. Being a 3m product i'm sure it's fine and probably just as good as the di-noc. The di-noc is going to be a dry weave, the 1080 is a wet/glossy weave. None of the parts I have on my car are dry carbon.

Thanks for the input, I found this:

Looks like 1080 is the way to go. I'm so grateful to have this forum.
