Has anyone successfully mounted one of these "ghetto tape" dome light panels
On their 2011 E92 or E93? There seems to be no way to stick it on to anything in the housing -any ideas or DIY? This dome light panel may be the solution to my dome going out 30 seconds into being on , but it's a wire that plugs into the socket and then has double sided tape. I guess I could try to rest the panel somehow onto the lens, but that seems like a bad idea for a multitude of reasons.
Does anyone have a LED dome light solution that doesn't go out immediately after turning it on with a 2011+ E92?? |

E93 and E92 are different.
The e93 has a non opaque cover and a different size dome light. If they were the same you could have used these: Try some fresh double sided tape. The tape that comes with the HPB kit is high temp double sided tape (just an fyi). Its actually expensive stuff. |

I know, it sucks Jeff...because I think that replacement LED panel may have done the trick. There is just no place to mount it in that damn E93 dome
