Good read. Though I am a bit lost as to how they placed the Ferrari second based on it's results.

The order is very predictable. I mean, the US road test places an American car first, the same is true for most countries, the Japanese will have the GTR first, Germany the Porsche and Italy the Ferrari.

The only non-biased place for road tests to be conducted is the UK.

Reason, we don't have a car industry any more.

I would always like the see the Porsche win, but it is hard to argue with the ZR1's numbers....

UK car mags are leaps and bounds beyond any other kinds of car mags out there. Only problem is they're so expensive.

The 599 is a totally different car then the other 3. It's a luxury GT car that happens to have a balls-load of power. If that were factored into the results, I most definitely think the Ferrari should be the winner.

EVO is pretty much the only mag I trust for unbiased tests and reviews.

The 599 is an Exotic (too expensive for luxury) GT, and it's pretty amazing that it did so well when comfort is an important part of the vehicle development.

to Ferrari.

Also it's amazing how the rear spoiler is designed as part of the c-pillar.

MotorTrend got 11.2 @ 130.5 mph from the ZR-1

Check out one of my predictions from back in April 2008 well before the ZR-1 was even tested.
And I predicted those times a couple months before this post.

and omg the 3900 ferrari is frecking quick as hell. As fast as an enzo.
