E91 LCI touring

I've put this on the E9x forum and I thought I would also post on here.

Putting up for sale my E91 touring family car which I have owned for 5 years as we are wanting something newer and larger.

It’s been a great reliable family car with only serviceable items needing replacement.

I bought it at 100k and am the second owner, first owner worked in the medical industry and it was their company car so spent most its time on the motorway. It now sits at 131k so I have averaged 6k per year only.

The specs are:
318i petrol LCI efficient dynamics model with start-stop technology
Bluewater metallic - similar to Silverstone but slightly more blue
Factory extras included rear tints and sports steering wheel
Parrot hands-free kit
Air con/climate
Rear parking sensors
Averages 37mpg with mainly town driving and up to 42mpg on a longer run
Full BMW service history, plus maintained by myself and in the last month i replaced all spark plugs and coil packs
It’s an SE model but as an enthusiast i couldn't help but tinker so i sourced a genuine BMW M-sport body kit comprising front/back bumpers and side skirt and had them fitted using all genuine BMW parts.
Changed the standard alloys with rubbish run flat tyres to 18" CSL style staggered wheels from CH Wheels, with Kumho tyres which currently have 4-5mm tread all round, this improved the ride and handling no end.
Upgraded halo bulbs with brighter white ones.
11 months MOT - front and rear pads were an advisory and the brakes sensor warning light has just recently come on, so they will need replacing soon.
