Hey Denver guys

I just wanted to introduce myself; I moved here from the DC area this summer. I picked up my new 2011 335xi MSport last week and I'm loving it so far. I saw in another thread that the 3M Clear Bra is a unanimous recommendation. Any thoughts on where to go to have it installed? And does anyone have recommendations on waxes/polish? Anyway, I'm looking forward to being part of the Denver BMW family.

Hi Brad, welcome to Colorado. I hope your enjoying yourself here so far. David (Dackz) might be able to help you with the clear bra because he's the only one that I know that clear bra'd his car. I never really wax my car so I couldn't recommend you a good product. I'm pretty sure someone will chime in for that.

Welcome to CO Brad.

I used these guys on my 335 (http://www.tctintshop.com) I have my entire front bumper, hood, mirrors, headlights done. It's needed here in Colorado if this is your daily driver like mine is. Folks like Vincent (bimmer this) who's car is a Garage Queen don't quite need it

Welcome to the Rockies, you'll love it here!

Welcome to the Front Range. For sealants, I swear by Zaino:

www.zainostore.com

I use the Z-CS - it is so easy, you'll do it every time you wash, and it has fantastic durability and shine. The key to it is to use as little as possible.

There are several other products I use from there - let me know if you want my list (and no, I don't work for them :-) ).

I used a place up here in Fort Collins for my clear bra and tint, they did a great job on it. If you wanted to come up this way, I can give you the info then, otherwise,, the place Matt went (forza) is probably just fine....his looks good. And do the headlights to, I might have mine buffed a tad and then some done on mine here really soon. His look brand spankin new still.

Welcome to CO, you will like it here

Welcome and enjoy your new ride. Got snow tires yet?

I completely recommend the clear bra, I have done all my cars since 1999 - complete front like forza including headlights, fogs, mirrors.

Next time I am gonna add a-pillars and area behind rear wheels on the rear bumper (protects from road rash due to rocks thrown up by rear tires).

I'm in Fort Collins, so can't help with an installer.
