Removal of obstacles to clean DCI question
I can build you a computer but automotive work is new to me. I need to clean my BMS DCI cones. Can I remove the battery cabling assembly (red arrows) with a flathead screwdriver to pop the three clips and pull it straight out without removing the cabin filter and cowl above it circled in green? With that out of the way a bit I should be able to reach the clamps holding the cones in place. Thanks.

It's probably easiest to follow the JB4 install guide as the first few steps involve removing the pieces in question:
http://burgertuning.com/instructions/JB4PnP.pdf The screws highlighted in green do not hold what is pointed to with the pink arrows. But yes, a flat head screw driver on the top side of the battery cables will unlatch that. You don't necessarily need to remove any of the above mentioned though. 2 clamps hold on the intakes, so just unscrew the clamps and the filters come off. Agreed, I'm fortunate enough to have very big, but skinny hands some extension sockets don't hurt either.

For me I remove the cowl because it's hard to reach the screws on the DCI. Plus I like the make sure my intake fits tight

All good info. Thanks everyone. Yeah the dealer had taken them off and put them back on last so the screw to the back clamp is facing downward ;(. Will fix that this time around.

Be careful when reinstalling the back one. You don't want to dislodge your rear turbo inlet tube... I always take my cowl off for this exact reason.
