Hey I've been seeing this question a lot on this thread and my answer for you would be Fast Automotive in Richmond, Its run by Hartley who was a master tech at BJ BMW and the head diagnostic and tuning tech at Autohaus while it was open. He and I worked together while at autohaus and since its closing i have brought my cars tot him for any aftermarket issues i couldn't figure out.

check out his page "Harts Customs" on Facebook and drop him a line if you need anything done.

super friendly guy and has tons of experience with everything to do with Tuning.

A bit last second, but there's a meet & cruise going down at Market Crossing tonight, starting in front of the Tim Horton's. The plan is to do a short loop into delta, richmond, then back to market crossing.

If you guys are free, come out, we need more e9x representation

Hey guys,

Anyone know of a good place to get my roof and mirrors wrapped. I contacted a shop, can't remember the name, it's in my email but they quoted me $350, which seemed a little ridiculous. I could probably get it painted for that much.

Also, I would love to come out to one of the meets but my car is bone stock except for the window tint, so I need a little upgrading before I show my face. lol

Best guy in the Vancouver area is Andy at GPFX. 604-329-9920. He did my roof, grille and emblems.

Andy charges $500 for a simple gloss black wrap on E92, might as well paint it.

ya the few people that I contacted here in vancouver charge an arm and a leg for a wrap job. pretty ridiculous considering the wrap itself is inexpensive and it doesn't take very long to do.

I think i'm going to pass on the vinyl wrap and mess around with some plasti dip... some pretty cool stuff out there. I'm going to try an plasti dip the roof myself. Worst case scenario I can just peel it off. I think it will be a fun project. I ordered anthracite grey from dipyourcar.com.

I can understand why they charge $3k+ for wrapping a car cause I've done it my self and its extremely tedious work.
