Honestly. I dont see a need to redline this car. The majority of the powerband is from 2k - 5k rpm....

Never.
The highest I'll go is 6500. Anything higher is lost hp.

I very rarely redline this car... my s2000 was a much different story though. No torque FTL!

How many lights do I get stopped at and how many gears before the speed limit?
That's completely wrong, shifts are determined by torque through gearing, not by where HP peaks on a dyno, I'll post up an excel sheet in a few minutes. You need to shift where the gear your in intersects with the next gear.

Then do tell us.
What is the ultimate rpm to shift into each gear based on your graphs? I understand what you're saying about the hp on a dyno when compared to gearing on a street, but I still consider it to be a waste when taking it all the way to the redline. What program is that so I can see the ultime shifting point in each gear? Quote:

Quote:
Input a dyno into an excel sheet then use the equation part to change the values based on gearing and another column to change the RPM into MPH. Then graph it MPH vs torque. But about 6700 6500 3/4 4/5.
