i dont really care about the knob.... stock is fine. i just want the throw shorter...

I saw the BMW ssk and OC (?), but both are $300-375. I dont wana spend that just for a little less throw. any other ideas??

Hey, I have the BMW Performance SSK. I'm willing to sell the whole kit if you're interested (Lever, Boot, Knob).

I purchased it a year or so ago for $200 from Tischer. So I can do $125 shipped for it.

Yep, this is all you need. Order the bearing & clip as stated in the description. I run it with an E46 zhp knob and its nice & short

Can't speak for the 328i version but the 330i version is great.

Yep. They give you the part numbers. Just do a parts search for the part numbers add them to cart with the shifter.

Garage List

2011 E90 328i  [10.00]
I have the whole performance kit (see pics in my garage) and the throw is very nice. You may find you want a shorter, weighted shifter to really maximize the effect but yes, that part and then bearing & clip are all you need. Don't reuse the other hardware as you want all parts to be worn in together.
