I've been impressed with Bavarian Performance Group in Winchester. I've also had a good experience with Auto Engineering in Lexington. Both places have very knowledgeable people.

Alvin took it on a test drive, and said that there is deff going to be some vibration from driving esp on Conti DWSs?! LoLZz. I told him that this is a BMW there is NO reason for vibrations and that the DWS are one of the best rated tires. He rebalanced it but there was no difference. I went to another shop the next week and they balanced it perfectly. Seems like everyone is finding ways to avoid providing real customer service and satisfaction these days and is looking for the lazy way out.

Sorry you had a bad experience there. I've gone there for a few things and have always been taken care of there. Most recently was a timing belt job for the now retired Audi S4. He even picked up the tab for the rental I needed for a week while he had the car.
