WTB: Black E92 Manual w/ iDrive

I'm looking for an E92, black (preferably black interior), w/ iDrive.

M Sport would be a huge plus.

Looking to spend around $30k-$33k

Would like either factory warranty/maintenence in tact, or CPO warranty/maintenence plan installed.

Please let me know if you see anything or have anything!

I have a fully loaded 08 E92, Black Sapphire Metallic, with Red interior and aluminum trim. Manual trans, Premium, Sport and Cold Weather packages, Comfort Access, I-drive/Nav but with 80k highway miles - for two years I had a job 80 miles from my home. Full CPO warranty/maintenance plans purchased and are good until 100,000 miles, or about 2 years from now (I would have to check my paperwork for the exact date). All service, etc. has been performed by BMW dealer, no accidents. I know it's more miles than you are looking for, but if you're looking to save some money, I thought I'd let you know. $25k, let me know if you'd like pics or any additional info.
