Thanks!
Only if you can tune the ECU to remove all the DPF-related stuff.
The US spec is different from the EU spec as said here on the forum.

Indeed, but the pipe will fit properly?

Thanks!

US Spec 335d E90 LC1
DPF: 18 30 8 512 290 OR 18 30 7 808 655
Entry pipe ring 18 20 7 793 677
Exit pipe gasket 18 30 7 812 171

EU Spec E90 LC1 335d
DPF: 18 30 8 508 523
Entry pipe ring 18 20 7 793 677
Exit pipe ring 18 30 7 793 766 (inside diameter 76mm)

It will need some considerable effort to fit our downpipe.
The USA spec 335d has a two holes flange while the EU spec has a simple pipe.
You will be missing a lot of the sensor bungs...

Here's what we can do:

Ask the company who is going to do the ECU tune which sensors must be plugged in and which ones can be detatched.
If the ones that fit on our downpipe are enough it'll be possible to fit it.
Basically you need to know if they can make your car work as a EU spec 335d on the electronic side.

To solve the flange/pipe difference issue the only solution that comes to my mind is that you buy the front and centre pipes too.
You can purchase from Evolve, ask them a quote.

The parts you will need are:
046011 downpipe:
http://www.supersprint.com/en/prod-c...th_filter.aspx
980242 front pipes
http://www.supersprint.com/en/prod-c...nt_pipe_y.aspx
980213
http://www.supersprint.com/en/prod-c...pipes_kit.aspx

You can fit them with the stock rear mufflers OR buy our racing mufflers too, with dual 90mm (046144 + 046124) or four exits (046106 + 046136).

Maybe some tuning company will come up and fix this.
I guess the only alternative would be to buy a EU spec ECU, program it to the specific car and then remap it..I don't know if it's feasible, I work at exhaust systems!!

Better go for the Performance exhaust for a 335i, best sound you'll ever find.

I'm going for a 2,5" custom exhaust for my 335D. Hope to get some last gains in power.

Everyone here tends to use the same brands for everything. Supersprint isn't a common one. Wagner makes a good FMIC, and I know many use it. There are a few other options. As for downpipes, there are many. AARodriguez carries one, and there is one other option i believe. Whenever you get tuned, tell them you have removed the DPF and they should code it out, no need to "code" the ECU, then flash it. Hit up the people at Bimmer Performance Center, or AARodriguez and they'll tell you everything you could want to know. Also, if you're removing the DPF, you need to remove the SCR too.

EDIT: AND READ THE STICKIES. There are 2 or 3 different threads discussing tuning and upgrade options. We worked hard to pick the best threads for stickies.

Hi there... wow quite an old thread.. in the mean time I no longer work at Supersprint but I still deal with them as a dealer (in Italy).

If you go back to the previous posts, it was said that the 335d US-Spec and the EU-Spec are quite different. Check cssnms post, 1st page.
The shape of the downpipe and front section (which includes SCR / ADblue injection) are different.. If you can have the ECU tuned so you just make the lambda sensor or mayb just the 1st pressure work, you can fit a full EU-Spec system, as the centre and rear bracket are the same.

In the case of Supersprint you can fit:

046011
980242
980213
046024
046044
http://www.supersprint.com/ww-it/bmw...86-hp-06-.aspx

It would be even better to have the rear section unsilenced, straight pipes.

I found this, JR Autotuning can provide the DPF-delete tuning and "Unobtanium welding" the US-Spec DPF-delete downpipe and SCR-delete front pipe.
I think the 2nd company can probably provide also the rear silencers in pipe-only version, for the best sound, just ask them.

http://www.fixmyvw.com/delete-bmw-33...e-unobtainium/
http://www.fixmyvw.com/bmw-335d-ecu-...g-performance/
You can probably save money contacting the two companies directly instead of going through fixmyvw
