N54 Auto power/torque limit?

Hi im looking to do some upgrades on my E93 335i AT. ie, jb4, fbo, stage 2+ turbos. Im looking to achieve 600-650hp and around 600 torque. What would be a reasonably safe number for the longitivity of the AT, would these numbers be ok or would i be better going for around the 500-550 hp/torque mark.

600wtq is probably too much for the auto trans. I would say keep it around 500-550... I'm at 530wtq right now on stock turbos and haven't had any issues.

+1
550 wtq seems to be the limit for stock AT.

Curve depends as much as the peak figure, something worth keeping in mind. The huge amount of torque right off idle that you get with most stock frames is brutal for the transmission. If you can ramp the torque in more gently you raise that ceiling.

I'm @ 640WHP/590WTQ no issues.

Yeah i was thinking along those lines as well... Gradually bringing in the torque slightly later rather than mapping it to bring the torque in all in the one go lower down the rev range.

yeah as keeping it as a daily driver not bothered about track/0-60 times ect. Bringing it in nice will do me fine. I think around the 550/600 hp/torque mark will do me with good mapping for longitivity of the Auto box. Cheers bro.
