Tampa FL. Between the people who are in a constant hurry for work, the fact its the graveyard for the United States with the retirees with no hurry to go anywhere, and endless construction on every major road and highway.

Endless wrong blinkers, merges going multiple lanes, every day there is a head on collision on a new highway, and lost souls just lost and confused by all the cones. Ive driven all over the states, and where Im at now is by far the worst.

My mom lives outside of Tampa and I've driven out there. Besides the slow drivers I find it to be a great road experience.

Now NYC on the other hand... Between the drivers, the pothole riddled roads, the traffic, the tolls, the cops.... ANywhere would be better.
Only other place I can't deal with is LA. LA traffic is in it's own category!

Anywhere in NY, esp Queens and Brooklyn. Don't trust these streets/ highways, but at the same time, gotta love' em. You learn how to dodge potholes and people like a Champ!
