smokers, WTF are you thinking?

when you throw cigarette butt out the window while driving?

first of all, i'm not into this politi...PC thing. i couldn't care less if you polute

the air or your lung or both. i fart everyday so i'm just as guilty as you are

in that regard, although i quit smoking long time ago, not cuz i care anything

about anything nor anyone, only cuz smoking became prohibitively expensive

for me at that time...

but to me, throwing the cigi butt out the window while driving is no

better than throwing rock to the fellow drivers! since it's light-weighted,

it always ends up right in the middle of the car behind, which is exactly what

happened to me today. i just don't want to find cigarette butt stuck in my

car's radiator grill or between window wiper.

it's so incredibly selfish NOT to have an ashtray inside your car if you know

you are gonna smoke while driving.

I want to strangle people who do that shit...

Actually, I can't count how many times I saw some jacksass open their door at a traffic light and dump their ashtray right in middle of the road... these people should seriously be punished by forcing them to eat that shit they just dumped (this is what I will do to my kid if i ever catch him smoking)

On a side note, I smoked for 13 years (last 5 years i smoked 2 packs of Marlboro reds *A DAY*, but quit cold turkey 9 1/2 years ago and counting)

Lol I agree with smokers rights, so I was offended by the topic, but yes responsible smoking is key. Not a tobacco user myself.

Yea, it bothers me too.

I laugh at the irony when I see a prius or someone with a bunch of "green" bumper stickers smoke and flick them out the window. So funny.

i am a smoker, but this action truly pisses me off. I don't give two craps about the environment, but I DO hate littering. I swerve and freak out when i see a cigerette butt flying at my car thinking it will damage it. the worse is when i forget to set my AC to circulate and the smoke smell comes in through the vents (cigars are even worse).

BTW, i DONT smoke in the car (care too much) and if i do need one, i just pull over at a rest stop or control my urges. i dont care if smokers smoke in their cars, so long as they dont throw the butts directly to the rear of the car. no manners

Cigs butt's may be small, but they sure as hell add up when you smoke 1 pack a day and throw them all out the window!

If I was a cop you'd better believe I'd be handing out littering tickets left and right.
First I'd ask to see their ask tray....and if its empty or looks like it never really gets used then you'd better believe they're getting a ticket!!! If its full I might let them slide.
