Damn, some similar routines to mine.

6:00am - Alarm goes off, hit snooze 3 times
6:27am - Get up, drink a glass of water, take a shower
6:35am - Get dressed, drink another glass of water, take vitamins
6:45am - Watch the traffic report, because the girl is cute
6:50am - Grab lunch out of the refridge, eat breakfast
7:05am - Drive to work

Shave
Blow dry, Gel hair
Get dressed
Go work

5:44am - mouthwash
5:45am - rub one out
5:46am - clean up mess
5:50am - smoke a bowl, and head to 7-11
5:57am - get 32oz of coffee and 3 Red Bulls
6:15am - hop in the school bus and drive around, picking up your kids.

In college I had something similar actually.

Wake up
Make coffee
Smoke a Bowl (dro)
Consume 3 - 4 big cups of coffee
Take a shit
Shower
Get ready for class
Take 2 more hits
Head to class

Those were the days.

I could never rub one out and not shower before going somewhere.
