i just ordered a bunch of parts at tischer and i must say that they are the coolest friendliest BMW parts sales people ive ever met. they where so helpful with my order that it made me wish i lived in Maryland so that i didnt have to deal with all the dreadful dealers and sales people at my bmw... everything at my dealer is so overpriced... all in all im a satisfied customer and a dedicated customer after this experience.

I just ordered a car cover from him and Jason helped me out on the shipping costs for expedited shipping b/c I did not know it would be so high. Now that's what I call customer service. I will definitely buy from Tischer again.
