Here's what I'm paying. It's a 328i which was about $40K plus tax etc...

They gave me $8500 for my trade. I'm on a 4-year lease and I bumped up the mileage to 16K/year. I didn't put anything down, just my trade-in.

My monthly payment with tax is $503.

Here is what I've worked out on a "NO MONEY DOWN" lease-

I was looking for 20k miles per year allowance

You will need about $2600 up-front to cover first month, deposit, bank acquisition fee, etc.

My 335i listed at approx $45,670 - dealer cut me a check for $2,900 to get out of my current lease. Essentially, that was the discount they would have been willing to give. Lease was then based on sticker.

Payments are about $760.00 per month for 36 months.

bmwusa.com estimator is very useful, just don't over estimate the deal you'll get BMW is not having trouble selling all the 335i they can make...

I have a 06 325i base/manual/cw where I was 5k flipped:
$576/mo 12k miles 3yr
