Ddm Tuning Is The Worst "company" - - Do Not Do Business With Them!
Long story short, my car is in the shop waiting for a bumper to be delivered from ddmtuning. The order was placed a week ago and the tracking number they provided shows no information about the order. I fear it may not have been shipped yet and my insurance company is trying to take my rental car away friday. I have called several numbers to contact ddm but to no avail. I sent an email but have not received a response yet. What is the experience you guys have had in terms of shipping times from ddm? As for customer service im starting to think they are horrible as i cannot reach them at all.

Shit...well at this point if the bumper arrives this week I wont care about their service. The site says 5 to 7 business days for a bumper so I guess I cant complain until this friday or next monday if it hasnt arrived. However, I have this gut feeling that they havent even shipped it out yet. So frustrating. I dont want to be the first BMW owner ive seen to drive around with no bumper.

UPDATE: So get this....DDM has STILL not shipped the bumper. My body shop finally got ahold of a live person after being on hold for 35 minutes and DDM TUNING claimed to be out of stock on that bumper. OUT OF STOCK?????
So a week later I am finally informed that they are out of stock and the only reason I learned of this is because the bodyshop was willing to stay on hold for 35 minutes????!!!! Then after some pressure they said they would ship one today (which was yesterday) and gave a tracking number. So they either lied about being out of stock or they lied about shipping the bumper. Well the tracking number doesnt show anything on the fedex site and I even tried usps and ups. As you can tell Im frustrated as hell. DDM apprears to be a fradulant "company". Their site clearly says that bumpers will arrive in 5-7 business days and a week later I learn that not only has it not been shipped but its out of stock only then to be told it isnt really out of stock and now its been shipped. What advantage does this type of business strategy afford a business? Why be in business at all if you arent willing to do business? The only thi ng that will probably end up happening here is that the charge will be disputed on the credit card, DDM wont get any money, and I will be an angry ex customer. I can't wait to graduate law school...I vow to file any lawsuit against any company that treats people this way if I can find any legal ground to stand on if for nothing else than to make theirs lives as miserable as they make ours. |

From what I understand most of their garbage they sell comes from overseas. Typicaly overseas shipments take 10-12 business days to ship to US. Then if they have to make the product it could be another 5 business days easily. That's the time frame you are dealing with conservatively. Companies like this should be banned from the internet.
