Adding a DAB unit

Thinking of adding a DAB unit to my car and just wondering if:

1. Is it a case of just plugging the unit in and then reprogramming the iDrive?

2. How much would a $tealer charge for the reprogram?

3. Could the reprogram be done by an independent?

I thought the DAB antenna / module was in the sharks fin too.

DAB is bloody good actually - big difference when you flick back to the same station on FM

Yeah i agree ....little scratchy out in the sticks but in towns like london its superb

Just wondering if anyone has had this done? would like it retrofitted but will prob ring dealer. but just in case any of you have it done - at least i could mention to dealer if they are less positive about it!
