thks for the headsup.. you run the program issue ballots (u make it), collect it during the event, tally the ballot give results in a closed envelope.

this is a very casual laid back task so enjoy it, but the payback is we need ushers at Wolftrap, a two way street. unlike most that perhaps would only like a glorified job

I'm thinking of having at least 3 judges; 1 local, 1 NCC and 1 out of town (nudge nudge wink wink).

1. Local - open
2. NCC - Zchild
3. Out of town - Carnage

Does that work?

I just didn't want people to think I was bias in case there was a tie. Hey man, I'll still take care of all the planning, logistics, ballating, official counting. Ok, I'll make it simple; If there is a tie then I'll ask for input from the other 2 judges. ?

Besides being crowned COTM, is there a materialistic prize also?
