Look at Kumho Escta STP, Hankook Ventus V4, Sumitomo HTR. Looking at the RSGT eh? Nice wheels, you'll be happy. Also you may want to look at and down grade to a VR rated tire to decrease tire wear.

Im running some BFgoodrich G-force T/A KDW's right now and they are really good for the money. They are much better than the Generals i used to have. These seem to be getting better wear as well (even though they have a lower ratting and driving style has not changed). The handling is much improved and noise isn't that bad.
I do 20000 miles a year as well. So these tires wont break the bank every 2 times a year you need new rears. I also recommend the Continental ExtremeContact DW . Good tread wear, noise isn't that bad handing is what you expect from continental and still in a good price range |

Hankook v12s are the best bang for your buck IMO
normal prices I think are $700-800 for a set of 19s? I forgot as I just know my price
