COBB Accessport

So I just got my 2011 335i e90 a couple weeks ago and bought the COBB Accessport a week later. Upon purchasing, and very excited to install, the unit showed my DME had to be updated. So I took it to the dealership and mentioned all of the symptoms members on here had noted to get the update done (Thank you members for making this possible). Got the car back a couple days later, now it doesn't recognize the ROM. So I dump my ROM and email to COBB. This morning I receive an email saying unfortunately I have a ROM that is new and there are a few people who have been submitting these. CRAP!!! COBB is going to work on everything and should have the updates done in a few weeks. FML. I hate waiting!!! Hopefully this extended wait is worth it!

What updates did u do to your DME?

I had them do the - BMW TSB 120912 - update. This is supposively the latest update there is out there?? Not sure if it is or not, but they ended upd oing it for me.

Just FYI they are still working on the Tune. Josh at COBB has been awesome with staying in touch, but man this is killing me! I just want to get my car tuned so I Can have some fun driving it!!

Thanks for the encouragement. Ha! I am starting to get the itch for it to be done already!

Josh at COBB has been awesome with staying in touch, but man this is killing me! I just want to get my car tuned so I Can have some fun driving it!!
