bought some used RFT's and I need to get them installed
but Im worried that when I take it into kal tire or wherever i decide to take it they'll take note of the damage I have from my bumper getting smashed previously and report it to car fax.
Would they do that? |

lol what? That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Unless there is a police report or insurance company involvement, etc. directly related to the damage done to your car, no one is gonna give a rats ass about your bumper, or reporting anything to carfax for that matter.
If it's that big of a deal just take the wheels off your car yourself and then bring them to the shop in another vehicle. |

If you really want to play it "safe", then jack the car up, put it on stands, and bring the wheels alone to get the tire replaced. |
