I've also been tempted with these recently, look like too good a value for the car you get. I think the right colour etc they still look the nuts.
This is my favorite at the moment, keep coming back to it thinking can I justify it? http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/2944955.htm |

I just think you could get a far newer BM for similar money!
For a few grand more you could get that E60 M5! Ok you don't like the box but surely you could live with it. How about a E90/91 335i?!

Also the higher the price the bigger the hit when i inevitably sell in 12 months. Im trying to have a tasty experience whilst blowing the least amount of dough as possible. maybe ill buy another RS4 as that car cost me less than 2k to own it for 13 months!!!

It's not German but I think it's days of depreciation are over and it's certainly something different from your past cars!

I agree with Gizze, these are Classic cars (not outdated imo), especially to those who know this is a proper M, not a 530i with a clownage badge on it
I remember in 2000 when the MD rocked up in a brand spanker....wow. Have you gone off the E60 M then, they are realy good value, albeit a few more £££

Yes I agree, but it's still an "old one".

Check out the integrated child seats in this....
http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/2995425.htm ...was this a factory option, or aftermarket? Its a good idea.

The 2 tone is definately a standard factory trim for the M5 at the time.
