Can I run these wheels?

Ok guys, I have searched, but I'll admit I am either terrible at it, or there isn't much info.

So here's the deal, I am in the process of selling my E46 M3, and picking up an 08 335i E92. My question is can I make my Apex ARC-8 wheels fit on the 355, and if so, what will I have to do. I plan on running the same suspension setup I had on my M3. Which was Bilstein PSS10 coilovers. Here are the wheel specs, and a pic of them on my E46.

Front 18x9.5 +22/ 255/35/18 Tires
Rear 18x10 +25 / 265/35/18 Tires

Seems to me like I should have to do no more than roll my fenders at the most, but I just want to be sure. I have a buyer for my Apex's, and will just sell them if it will be too much work.

You should probably be able to get away with these on the 335i. You might/probably will need a fender roll.

You should be fine but I would recommend getting new front tires cause those will probably be to big. I did 245/35 front so you can get away with that if anything
