You state it was trimmed to fit an E90, does this mean it will not or cannot fit an E92?

I'm not certain if the mounting points on an E92 are the same width as an E90. Alternately, new load bars can be installed for different roof widths.

I just measured my roof mounting points (E92), they are approximately 28.5 inches from front to back and approximately 41 inches from left to right. If this rack is not set up for these measurements, does it have the ability to be? Pardon my ignorance, but the fact it was "trimmed to fit E90 Sedan" makes me nervous. Also, according to the Thule website the E92 needs fit kit 3039 and yours has fit kit 3028. I'm interested but only it if fits.

The 3039 fit kit runs ~$75. The load bars have been trimmed a little to sit flush on the feet. If they are too narrow for your E92 you'd also need new load bars which run ~$75.
