Will this set-up work ?

Hy ,
I own an 08 non LCI E90 . I've got a set of 18" 9J et 35 with 255/35 tires on the rear . Car's lowered on H&R sport springs . At the moment I have on a set of 12mm spacers and I think I could/should go biger .
Was wondering if I could get away with a set of 20mm spacers on the rear without having to roll the fenders.
