Where can I get the plugs to fill in the screw holes ???

Did you tell them not to? If so and if it was in writing then they should pay for a new bumper. If you said nothing then well it's your fault and get some bumper plugs.

You should stay on top of it before they deliver your car. I called my CA, emailed, get confirmation, and call a day before to make sure he give instructions to technician not to install the front plate. I guess the only solution now is the plug. But it still looks ugly filling the hole with plug.

Go to a hardware store, get some plugs (cost about $.99) and paint them with some touch up paint.

Simple as that!

yea, they're white nylon plugs.

better option than bumper plugs imho since with bumper plugs you got to drill the hole even bigger to fit in the their plugs.
