Plastic trim is discolored..why??

the plastic trim on the outside between the two windows is becoming dull/whitish in some areas, as well as the plastic trim inside the car(mostly the trim under the door that runs along the inside of the car. Does anyone know what this is and how to get rid of it? I have tried everythhing!

The trim between the windows on my coupe seems to be totally scratched up (little tiny swirl mark scratches), that material scratches super easy.,,,,

+1 on the back to black. I used it on the plastic on my Jeep and I was amazed. I had the same trouble on my BMW though and I used the Jeffs Werkstadt over the entire car. Once I had the Werkstadt applied, I stopped having the problem. I think if you get a good polish/sealant on it, you'll stop having the problem.

I use the Acryllic Jett Trigger. The instructions say to apply it to the entire vehicle. One thing I didn't notice is that the vehicle discussed was a coupe, I have the sedan...

Where can I get back to black? And is it ok to use on the grayish color plastic on the interior?

You can get Back to Black at any local Pep Boys or AutoZone. I'd use Zaino Z9/Z10 on the interior pieces, or at least an interior detailer that Meguiar's might have for that though, and not Back to Black. Probably works, just might not work as well that's all.

I've been using the Aerospace 303 and it works great. It doesn't leave a residue like some other cleaner/protectants.
