bubbles on clear bra

Hi guys, i installed clear bra but have several bubbles under the bra. The installer clames those are will be out in 2 weeks and all i need to do is to keep the car under the sun.

Anyone seen this before? I am not really happy with install.

I've seen that before. Same thing can happen with tints.
If he is known for his work and stands by his product, I wouldn't sweat it, give the guy the benefit of the doubt.

Ive never heard of bubbles under a clear bra if it was installed properly. The only way they will go away is by popping them with a needle, so the water will come out.

Don't worry. As long as they are not air bubbles they should go away within couple of weeks.

yeh usually they spray a soap solution on your car when applying the bra....that bubble may just be remains of the water so it will be gone after several days due to sun exposure and evaporation

Clear Bra

Yeah I had that installed too and they took a while for the bubbles to come out, keep it under the sun for a while. ALso, now a year after the install, I have water marks on the shield that I can't get off, anyone with ideas would be of great help on how to rid of the water spotting onthe clear bra.

I am new to e90post, I am enjoying every minute on here, great job to everyone.!

hey LittleBlue, i should warn you:

Being on this forum gets extremely addictive, particularly if you stay on here for at least 10 mins a day. 10 mins will grow into a couple of hours. seeing all the nice modded cars will eventually force you to blow a hole in your wallet. trust me, even if you swear u wont mod, (unless, its a lease), you shall become a victim. but here at E90Post, apparently thats our goal. to force you against your will to mod your car, and you WILL like it.

wow. when you think about it guys, we are just a bunch of Nazi's, driving Nazi sleds. AWESOME!

lol welcome to the community, Cheers!

I'd wait a couple of weeks but if they don't go away go back to your installer and complain. They should still be able to take them out. I had a couple of bubbles that they took out of mine.
