new wheels avant garde m355
hi everyone,
just wanted to share a few quick pics of my new wheels. got them yesterday at wheel warehouse in anaheim (thank you cesar urbina!) they are avant garde m355 19x10 et25 rear and 19x9 et 35 front. i'm running 245/35/19 rears to get that "stretched" look, but i think i might get some 10mm spacers to make it even more aggressive looking. fenders are rolled and no rubbing even with fully packed car. also including one pic of my old wheels (up for sale btw) for comparison. funny how similar they look to m6 reps but nicer. thanks for looking enjoy! |

How much did you end up paying for the rims? are those your old rims in the bottom pic? how much are you selling for?

hi everyone,
thanks for the comments. to answer all your questions im dropped on h&r sport springs the wheels were about $1000 for the set (ask for cesar at wheel warehouse in anaheim 714 772-1281) not that much weight difference (as far as i can tell from my old m6 reps) yeah i guess it could use more tire, but i didnt want that meaty tire look, so i went with a smaller 245 rear tire (vs normal 265 or wider) yes my old m6 reps are for sale and just make me an offer to help me clear the garage! thanks |

Technically though aren't these the "new" m6 reps. Or is the m5 only getting these wheels? I feel like I've seen them on both. |

from what the sales guy told me is that these are replicas of the new m5 wheels? the one thing i do like over the m6 style is the concavity of the new wheels. maybe it's because they are 10" vs 9.5" rear and 9" vs 8.5" front on the old ones, but i guess 1/2" can make a noticeable difference!

LoL...I dig this plate too. Showed it to my girl and she loves it. LoL.
By the way, I thought the same about my M359's. They are similar in design to CSLs, but way different ad definitely look even better in person. I imagine that this is the same for these wheels too! I wonder how a set would look on my e46... Niceley done!

thanks all for the comments! i really like how they still kinda look factory, but not. my favorite things are the concavity and how they stick far enough out to be able to see the edges of the rims! i included a couple more pics, but i'm completely sucky at photography lol enjoy
btw my next step is getting an mtech rear... as you can see some dbag hit me so thank you freakin very much ha |
