What Is This? (Light Problem)
Hey guys I found this piece in the trunk of my car and I was wondering what it is...
could it have something to do with the headlight malfunction on my car? I will attach some pictures and videos you can see that one headlight is oem and the other is not but the only thing that does not work on the none oem is the headlight it self everything else works. what could be the problem? I was thinking of buying a oem headlight but I am scared it will have the same problem, does anyone know of a solution thanks! To test components is pretty easy. Swap bulbs from one side to the other and see if the issue follows (given that you changed the bulb likely this test won't prove anything), then swap the ballast from one side to the other. If the issue doesn't move then you could have a bad harness. I'm not sure if these cars have separate fuses for each headlight, but it's worth googling to find out.
