Not what you would call "hellaflush" more on the poke side of things

I currently have +35 offset on front and +43 offset with 12mm spacer on rear, obviously not aggressive at all..besides getting new wheels..

Would moving the 12mms up front and changing back to 18/20 mm result in the wheel/fender flush? any rubbing issues?

Offset means nothing without providing wheel widths.
