Ordering a 335is tomorrow
First off, I have searched and I know this has come up, but the 2013 335is still has the N54 right? BMWUSA has it wrong.
To the car 335is Alpine white/coral 6MT Navigation BMW apps Sat Radio Might do 19's but as it sits with 18's it comes out to 57,195 39months 649 tax in 10k miles Nothing down at all 0 out of pocket. Before I pull the trigger? How is that deal, sounds pretty good to me They are giving me 3000 off MSRP plus $2250 rebates for a total of $5250 off MSRP |

No idea about the price. Doubt can get too much lower than that from msrp.
Just wanted to tell you I've both 18 and 19" wheels; stay with the 18's; they're better from a performance and comfort aspect.

^ Get the 19's, better resale value and, correct me if i'm wrong but the 19" are made by BBS for BMW and the 18s are not. Thus, the 19s are stronger.
This is the reason why I went with the 19s.

I'm not too familiar on the lease deal/numbers, but get 19"s! Wheel gap is not as bad with 19"s.

It's a lease, so upgrading to 19's will only be $10 a month, so I might as well do it. Also thinking of adding the carbon fiber performance spoiler, any thoughts?

Now I am torn on transmissions. Everyone says if you get the 335is you have to get the DCT, I am a die hard manual transmission fan. Drove a DCT last night, really liked it, but will I get bored and miss my stick? Idk...

Selling price could be better, you have another $1k wiggle room to play with.
They should be able to do that car for a selling price of $50,941. Why didn't you go with 36 months? Let me give you a quick breakdown MSRP = $57,195 Invoice = $53,191 Selling = Invoice - $2250 (holiday credit + loyalty) = $50,941 10K miles - Residual 62% 36 months MF - .00125 $596.81 a month - Bank, DMV, 1st month due at signing (~ $1500) $637.66 a month - Sign and drive $0 due at signing

I am at 649 tax in sign and drive. So that's $11.34x 39 so we are talking 442.26. Still pretty close, we aren't talking $1000's of dollars here. But good info, I will see if they can knock another few hundred off. Also 39 is the program they are running. I would do 36 if it's cheaper. Doens't really matter this will be the 4th e92 I have leased since Sep 2009. I like to switch things up every now and then, I will probably keep this until the F32 Msport comes out. |

and to your question in the OP, yes it is n54, in my experience the BMW website is left wanting. I have a very similar build as yours except black interior and I went with 6MT. if your previous cars were MT i would stick with it, DCT is a great transmission but I think you will get bored of it. its really only useful on track or in traffic bc i dont really see you paddle shifting around town. All in all sounds like a good $$, but i think you will want to bump that mileage up a bit unless you have a very short commute or a DD |

I used to get 15k a year, but never keep a car longer then a year and was paying an extra 30-40 a month I miles I never use. My car was leased in April and I only have 6500. I think 10 will be fine. Ordered the car. I ended up getting a couple of extras I ended up getting the convenience package, 19 inch 313's and the BMW performance carbon fiber spoiler Went from 649 to 669 a month tax in sign and drive 39 months and the car lists for just under 60k. I think I did well got them to take another 400 off and get it right to invoice plus 2250 in rebates. |

Btw forgot to mention the 19's look sweet but unfortunately you will still have a big wheel gap in the front, i'd pick up a set of H&R sport springs off the forum for $150 and that'll take care of things if you don't mind losing some clearance congrats on the car! now the waiting game begins... |

I did that and as you said, the DCT is fast, convenient and OK, but, in the end it will never be and is NOT a MT. Although sometimes I get stuck in the Dallas traffic, I still regret for not getting the MT. This ca would have been perfect with the 6MT. |

I went with the 6MT! and I am barely ever in traffic thankfully, even if I was driving stick is still worth it. Almost got swayed by all the people saying getting a 335is without DCT was a waste. I would have agreed with that 3 years ago,but now that the 335is is the only model with the N54, There is no other car I would rather have. My current N55 has jb4, dp and an intake and still feels slower then the stock 335is, idk how that's possible, but it does.
