Many, many thanks for posting this up! I am a Sams Club member, and bought 10 their equivalent (that quite honestly look identical) for $36 a piece. Still A significant savings from Amazon

Had a 95 TSi AWD 6MT with similar mods for several years. I miss the car, but not it breaking down every time I took it out

Just bought my first place a couple weeks ago. Found one with a 2 1/2 car detached. It will be my weekend project as I'm waiting for some of the gladiator cabinets to come in.

This is it now and my design. I will post pics after its done and both BMWs are parked inside.

I'm a contractor so I wainscoted the garage, installed cabinetry and a side bar, crown molding, etc. Thought the car deserved a proper home

3 car garage fits 3 cars!

Surprised how many ppl have two 335i! Cabinets Designed so driver and passengers can get in/out of any car at anytime. Overhead racks are behind the garage doors utilizing that ceiling space.

We picked up our house about 2 years ago and one of the major selling points to me was that it came with two garages (one attached, one detached in the backyard). The insides of the garages were barebones and uggggly. With some elbow grease, I insulated and finished both of them up. Here's how they currently sit...

Garage numero uno (main garage)

And the second garage that houses the e30 track car. And we just installed surround sound this past weekend, so it's officially become the new Sunday afternoon NFL/Formula 1 mancave

At first I thought that was carpet on the ground! Looks like the inside of an upscale home. Nice work!

Thanks. That's Nature Stone flooring which is stone set in epoxy that's troweled flat over your concrete. Allows water and debris to pass through it to concrete and out the floor drain in the center but looks nicer than concrete. It needs steam cleaned now it's about 5 years old but you get the picture

Garage mancave FTMFW

Totally the way to go about it for year round use esp in the summer, way better than a basement if you can make it work.

I just bought a new house! With a one car garage... Luckily the rest of the house is worth it and we have lots of space. Who knows, maybe I'll build another!

Before/during/after

Fitting a two car garage amount of stuff into a one car isn't easy!
