N54 Order of Maintenance Items

Looking to do the following at the same time on my N54:
-OFHG
-OFCG
-VC and VCG (+Rob's PCV valve)
-Coils & Plugs
-Water Pump/Thermostat
-Belts/Tensioner/Pulleys
-Vaccum Lines

Was looking for suggestions as to what order to follow.
I was thinking OFHG/OFCG first and waterpump/thermostat alongside that cause the coolant will have to be flushed.
Then the VC/VCG/Coils&Plugs, afterwards the belts/tensioner/pulleys and finally the vacuum lines before putting the engine cover back on.

Any suggestions or feedback on this order?

Is everything failing?

I'd recommend doing the walnut blast while you're in there.

Preventative, mainly, although waterpump/thermostat seem to be on their way out.
