You don't need to strip the sealant if you're applying the same one, but it won't hurt anything at all. I would simply give it a concentrated wash or two when you plan on reapplying the BFWD. Also, you shouldn't need to use the sealant more than every 2-3 months and also you won't want to polish too often either unless you keep getting some minor swirl marks.

Lastly, UWW+ probably has some level of protection in it, so if you end up using it a lot you may want to do a really good wash or two to try and strip it completely before applying BFWD.

I honestly couldn't tell you if there will be a problem with BFWD and UWW, so I would say maybe try it on a small section (1 fender) and see for yourself.

As for IronX, I really can't tell you how often to use it as it depends on how often it needs to be used. As you can imagine, it can be different for everyone. If you drive in an environment where there's lots of train tracks or your car sits outside a lot, you may want to do it more often. I'd say you can kind of compare it to claying as it's a decon treatment as well, but since it's less invasive you can do it a bit more often. Probably every 2-3 months up to every 6 months is a good time to do it, if anything to remove some brake dust from the paint.
